I am generally afraid of the dentist, but these folks made me feel right at home. Their friendliness made the experience that much better. I experienced a high level of customer service. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room, but I've waited much longer at other offices. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, including what my insurance does not cover on my next treatment. My previous dentists didn't do that.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
