My mother and grandmother (who is 82 and blind) are both widows that live on fixed incomes were ripped off by Dr. Parker and his staff at Marshall Denture Clinic. Neither of them can wear their teeth and Monday, April 24th at 2:00PM was their 3rd appointment with him attempting to meet with Dr. Parker and come to a resolution. He made them wait THREE AND A HALF HOURS before calling them back at which point he spoke to them for 2 minutes and 31 seconds (it was recorded). He basically told them tough luck no refunds if you don't like it go someplace else and get another set made!! They can not afford a new set of dentures as they just paid him $4,017 each!! This PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED IN FULL BEFORE THEY GOT THEIR NEW DENTURES. Please someone give me some advice or direction on this. There were other patients there that said they have had the same problems and that after comparing dentures it appears that he makes everyone's teeth the same. This is not right and as far as I'm concerned it's blatant abuse of elderly people that are coming to him for a service that he doesn't even end up providing. You can hear during their heated conversation my mother telling Dr. Parker "Don't you touch her" referring to my grandma (The one that is 82 and blind). After my mother told him "Listen these teeth do not work. Ours are made just the same. They are not functional. We can not eat with them. They do not fit." Dr. Parker at MARSHALL DENTAL CLINIC said, "No you listen, shut it (YES HE TOLD HER TO SHUT HER MOUTH. What kind of professional does that to TWO ELDERLY WIDOWS?) and listen DARLIN. We did the best we could with your teeth." I'm organizing a protest outside their clinic. I've spoken to two other patients of his so far that have had to go on and buy dentures from other places after dishin out THOUSANDS to this bully. DR. PARKER AT MARSHALL DENTURE CLINIC NEEDS TO KNOW THAT HERE IN EAST TEXAS WE EXPECT HIM TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Everything I have said is absolutely factual and I have proof. If you can help in anyway with some advice or if you know anyone else that has been ripped off by him plz point them in my direction. Thank you and God Bless!
Right is right. He gets his stupid worthless $8,034 paperweights and they get their money back. It's not as if they are trying to get something for nothing. DR. Parker can have all 4 useless denture plates back. They went to Dr. Parker because of his own smooth talking words. "Youre the boss". I'm sure many have heard him tell this lie. They bought into the advertising, smoke, and mirrors. With nothing to show for it. How wrong is it to want to be able to eat with your dentures?? She told him she couldn't fit a fork in her mouth...my 82 year old grandma. Dr. Parker said, "Do you want to stuff your mouth full or do you want a pretty smile?". Let that sink in. (He said that to an 82 year old, blind, widow!!I) Dr. Parker's own words sound as if he gets to decide for his paying customers whether they get to shove their mouth full or have a pretty smile. For whatever reason you can not have both apparently.

IT'S A GREAT PHILOSOPHY BUT UNFORTUNATELY AND AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
