Wonderful clinic. Gone to Dr. Rodriguez since he first opened and have always been pleased with the service rendered and sometimes it was above and beyond. Dr. Ellefson is one of the best I have ever encountered.

I was told that as a new patient I would be required to get a pan-x (the full face x-ray) even though my insurance did not cover it. The cost was approximately $50. I asked to see the office manager. She apparently could not be bothered to talk with me herself and instead sent the very nice receptionist to tell me that the pan-x was required even though I expressed that I did not feel it was necessary in order for me to get a cleaning (the only reason I was there) and that I did not want it done. I then asked the receptionist if the office would actually refuse me treatment if I did not purchase an x-ray not covered by my insurance. She said yes. Since they refused me treatment, I left. I will get my cleaning somewhere else. I was there approximately one hour in order to reach this conclusion. NOT recommended.

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. In addition, I get a bill 6 months later for $82 after the insurance pays and paying my copay with United Concordia and Metlife. Then they don't even want to discuss how they came up with this number. In fact, they can't explain it. I've liked nothing about Loop Dental. I've started going to Brandt on WS Young for my kids...1000% better!
