was charged 3400 for work not completed .And still needed 2 root canals that had not be been done.Only on Wednesdays there someone to do that services.

Worst place ever!! If you want them to take advantage of you and your insurance company then this is your place! I went in a week ago and was told I had "awesome teeth" then they went on to tell me I needed this "deep cleaning" then went on to say my chipped back tooth which had little pain needed a root canal and another tooth needed a root canal also. I have 2 insurance which are very good and they told me for the " deep cleaning and root canal" it would cost me out of pocket $1,700!!!!! ( $7000 before insurance) I told them that was wrong and no way in hell it would be that much. They kept on pushing and saying I could wind up loosing many more teeth if I don't get it taken care of now! I took my x-rays and went to my old dentist that was 30 mins away and they told me it was a bunch of s*** what they told me. All I needed was a normal insurance covered cleaning and 4 normal filling, which only cost me $230 with only 1 insurance company! DONT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE! IT WILL SAVE YOU A 3 HOUR VISIT AND YOUR POCKET BOOK!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went in to see this dentist for his 59 dollar exam/cleaning new customer special. We were there for a total of two hours. They claimed that both of us needed the deep cleaning, not the regular cleaning, which they told my wife that they wouldn't do because it was just a polishing not really a cleaning. The ad says that the cleaning of 59 is in absence of periodontal disease... which we've never been diagnosed with and they didn't diagnose us with. So they gave my wife the hard sell like you'd get at a car dealership and then she went out to wait in the lobby... the dentist didn't come to my room for about 30 minutes, my wife texted me and gave me the rundown on the bait and switch, so I did some online research on my phone and this kind of scam is fairly common... When they came to see me I played along, and acted agreeable and told them I would schedule something so that they would let me out of the room. Then as soon as I told them I would be shopping around... it was the end of conversation, the salesgirl at the front desk looked down and didn't say anything for a few seconds and then without looking at us said "Thank you have a nice day" no eye contact... This deep cleaning that they tried to upsell us was 770... so 1540 for the day. Another customer at the front desk also was told the same thing and left mad too. My wife is 25 and I'm 26. We've gone a while without visiting the dentist so I think they just figured they could guilt us into it. The girl that took my xrays told me that she hadn't been to the dentist in ten years and just recently went for the first time and that she didn't have a single cavity and that she eats candy and drinks soda all the time... but she drinks it through the straw so it's ok... I doubt she's had any formal training if she didn't get a free checkup/teeth cleaning included with it. This pretty much sums up the level of professionalism at this place. They made me sign all of our waivers on a computer screen with a huge popup signature box covering up the middle 70 percent of the screen. Also my wife went first and she forgot to sign a form so they asked me to forge my wife's signature. We will be challenging the charge with our credit card provider... I don't care if we win, I just want them to know that the service they charged us for but did not provide is unacceptable. I hope they read this review and talk about how terrible we were and how gross our teeth that they told us looked great were. Seriously skip this place, worst Saturday morning we've had ever. Also to the dentist from India that spent no more than 5 minutes in the room with me... don't make jokes about my gums being the other white meat to oral bacteria, it's racist... and when I don't laugh, don't explain to me that it was a joke. I know a joke when I see it...

Well I was warming up to the fact that I was getting away from my old dentist, and coming to a new one. I was liking the experience fairly well until these procedures started showing up. They said I needed this, and I needed that. Also, the last time I booked an appointment with them they had to reschedule because someone did not put it in the system correctly. If I could I would take my paperwork and go elsewhere. That's exactly what I think I might do.
