The are great at cleaning, but a very expensive if you need any additional dental work.
At one of my scheduled cleaning appointment the dental hygenist said I needed a deep cleaning.
That would be an extra charge and I would have to come back. She took me to a woman that provided me a written quote of $1,000 for Deep Cleaning. I was shocked.
So I asked that Dr. Fey call me to explain the need for this procedure.
Instead of a call from Dr. Fey, he asked the hygenist to call me back .
If Dr. Fey cared about his patient, he would have called me. All 6 members of my family have been going to Cinco Ranch for 5 years. That really hurt my feelings.

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
