This place looks dirty and smells horrible, too. The staff is pathetic and not friendly at all. I called and set up an ortho appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I spoke with the rep I told her I would be switching from another Apple location and she stated that she would go have the transfer taken care of that day. The day of my appointment I was the 2nd person to arrive for the day as soon as they open the doors and I ended up waiting 1 and half hours because they had not done their job and submit for transfer of my paperwork. The doctor is friendly and quick once you get to see him I was out of his chair in 5 mins. I waited 1.5 hours for a 5 min task... this place is a JOKE! RUN!! Spend more somewhere else if you value your time because they do not.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Why because they got me to apply for 2 health card which is like credit card for a treatment that I needed one being care credit and the other being chase. Almost 10,000 of credit and they charge my cards up for the amount and refuse to refund the money back to the cards and all I had don was one tooth extraction wtf
