The front desk was not helpful with insurance questions. I was needing estimates before going in to my appt. They did not answer my questions seemed rushed to get off the phone and when I called to reschedule once again they was quick to get off the phone. I was not able to reschedule for a later date. If wasn't for the actual dentist and dental hygienist I would change dental offices.
