Dr. Boeke is awesome! I have been his patient for many years and I can say with all due honest that he will be my life time dentist, I trust him like family and respect him and love him like a brother!!! Thanks for ALWAYS doing a great job

Dr Boeke is a good dentist. However his office wanted to charge me a $300 "cancellation fee" when I called more than 48 hours in advance to reschedule my appointment. His reschedule policy is supposedly 48 hours prior to the appointment without charging but apparently the posted policy is NOT what they follow. At first they refused to reschedule the appointment at all when I said that I wouldn't pay $300 then they called back and said they'd reschedule if I paid in advance for the treatment I was to receive. What a joke! Apparently his wife is the office manager. Too bad, I liked Dr Boeke but I am now seeing another dentist.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They used to be very good and I felt I had a great dentist. Lately this isn't true. I had a filling come out in less that 6 months twice, first time no charge, 2nd time they tried to charge me full price again, but filling never stayed in for 6 months. Do not get a partial. Now I have no bottom teeth and this office apparently does NOT know how to adjust a partial. They got my insurance money and now I can't get someone who knows how to put in a partial because of these people. It's really a shame he just doesn't seem to care to keep his older patients. Only interested in cosmetic and new younger people. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
