Their overall treatment of my 3 yr old daughter was good, but major scheduling issues. Wrong date was written on apt card, we got there at 8:45 am, and they were closed that day. Honest mistake.
THEN they scheduled my daughter for DEC 31st. I got a confirmation email 2 days prior, and a reminder text THAT morning. Get there at 8:45 for her 9 am apt, and THEY ARE CLOSED! I got a call from them on the 2nd, saying that they were closed that day for the holidays, and I should have been called and rescheduled. I was not, and they were sorry. Didn't offer ANY sort of compensation for their mistakes. We will NOT be back.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
