Excent Doctor and Stuff, I had my visit on time and the lady who worked on my teeth was very professional.

You see a different person every time you go there and they usually try to sell something. Not a real professional set up as it once was. Just go for cleaning. But will go elsewhere for any actual work on our teeth. I will say the people are kind-just sort of a mash unit-I feel.

Get charged for a lot of services originally not quoted for, can work out expensive even with insurance. You wonder if some of it is necessary.

I do NOT recommend this dentist and don't even rate them 1/2 star. I received an estimate for services that was approximately 600 bucks over what it should have cost. The breakdown on the bill seemed fishy so I called my insurance company to find out more info. (I had to request the estimate breakdown because seemed a bit much. The young lady seemed apprehensive about giving it to me) Procedures where the contracted rate was , they quoted me and a procedure that was contracted rate was inflated to . What's even more weird is that a physician, Wilson, called my insurance company to check my benefits 7 days before my visit according to my insurance company. I didn't know the actual dentist made calls to verify insurance when there's people employed to do that. I called them back to ask why I was quoted the regular fees for an in-network provider and the receptionist couldn't answer. She said she'd call me back and never did.

In addition before this visit, I went into get my pano done to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I was told that once they found out when I could schedule the procedure, they would call me. NO one ever called.

Then, at this visit, I was told I need my wisdom teeth out again.

I won't be returning!

Everytime I have an appointment, they said I have an outstanding balance and I have to pay. It is 2013 and they told me I have a balance from 2011. At that time I had a different insurance, i paid it. Well, they are charging me again another charge from 3 years ago!
These people charges are insane. I am not coming back. In addition, they are arrogant. I do not recommend it.
