The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I, nor any of the other 4 members of my family, will ever go back to this office and will tell everyone I know not to use this dentist.

I paid over $1400 out of pocket, not including what my insurance paid, for two new crowns. I had the Zoom whitening done as the dentist recommended at $550 and only received 1 shade difference. When I complained I was told too bad, no refund, no retreat.

Then when the crowns were placed on my teeth the dentist drilled the color off of the crowns while "fitting" them. Due to the type of teeth I have (translucent) the crowns were made by layering color. When I brought this to the dentists attention she told me too bad, you signed the acceptance. Yes, I signed the acceptance PRIOR to the drilling down of my crowns. She then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for 2 new crowns at $495 each if I wanted them fixed!

I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with a Dr. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dentist!
