Dr. Tsalko and Shauni were very pleasant. How ever I have been coming to there ofice for several years, every 6 months. My exrays from last year showed no cavities and when I was in 6 month ago no cavities were found. I can't figure out why 6 cavities showed up now, two alreay had crowns on that had to be removed. MY health never changed and neither had my medication. I did every thing they asked.

What a bunch of crooks. Siding salesmen have more ethics. I was sent to Cornerstone Dental of Flower Mound for pre-employment panoramic x-rays. Was given exam if that s what they call it. Maybe 2 minutes in mouth and 15 on adjacent computer keyboard. Wait. Wait. Some lady dentist comes in and tells me how bad my teeth are. Really?? But for the lowly amount of $14,000 she will have me all ready to go. Let me talk to my own dentist of 15 yrs. I do. He shows me that they are just trying to rip me off. Fixes a couple of little things for less than $700. No big deal. Wrong. These maggots can t get their initial fee from company that contracted with them for me to go there. Start sending me threatening letters. Sent them certified letter that if they didn t cease and desist I would let the FTC handle it under Fair Credit Reporting Act. We shall see. Steer clear of this bunch of losers.

They completely diagnosed me wrong, made me think I needed certain things done that I found out from multiple other dentists wasn't necessary. Slapped me with a huge bill after telling me everything was covered by my insurance. Won't return phone calls and have hung up on me multiple times when I have confronted them about the malpractice. Terrible people, terrible service.
