Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
