They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience.

I've been going to Alpha Dental since 2008 and wish I had found them sooner. They have three Dentists but I've only been to two of them ecause I always ask for Dr. Wood because I feel very safe and confident in him treating all my dental needs. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable during every visit. I would highly reccomend this Dental office to anyone looking for a good dentist and good dental hygeine care.

When I called at 4:59pm I was told to hold on the line...waiting and waiting while the elevator music played. Nothing for 5 minutes. They left. Office closed at 5pm. If they told me I would have called the next morning. New patient lost.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
