All charges made are standard and customary. Insurance claims are submitted promptly and correctly and balances owing are reflected by individual policy or benefit limits. Profanity was not used by doctor or staff at any time in interaction with a patient. A dog is not in clinical areas except by request of patient requiring therapy assistance. This service is used by multiple patients and is proudly noted in both written and visual advertisement of this practice.

If you have insurance this is not the company for you. They over charge and are very unorganized. One thing that did not sit well with me is the fact that they have TWO dogs behind the receptionists desk, which leads to the procedure room. This to me is highly unsanitary and unprofessional. The dentist used profanity in explaining something to me and all the patients are positioned to be in the same room! This leaves no privacy. Think twice about CROSSROADS DENTAL.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The only complaint I have is that even though I have dental insurance I was made to pay for services up front which was over one thousand dollars (my car Payment) and was told that reimbursement would take about 3 to 4 weeks. Procedure was done on 11/12/12 and it is now 01/02/13 and every time I call to check on reimbursement I keep getting the run around first that it was the holidays then that it was on its way and now that since another holiday came across nothing was done when my insurance paid them on late November. Other than me being late on my car payment due to their inability to process a payment reimbursement their Dr.s and staff are great and made me feel comfortable with surgery and all procedures even had a follow up call to see how i was feeling.
