I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It was also great that some staff can sign asl for the deaf community.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Tran's office (a.k.a. One Dental, a.k.a. Careington Dental, a.k.a. 1-dental, a.k.a who know what other Scam names this business is called)!

Dr. Tran's employee Beatriz scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have 2 cavities filled... only to be filled, nothing else!! After waiting in the reception area for 25 minutes past appointment time I asked "Beatriz" how much longer it was going to be... she stated, "You sould feel lucky you don't have to wait 2 hours"... what the heck, two hours? At that point I called to file a complaint against them, particularly Beatriz, not keeping appointment times and her general attitude.

When my daughter was finished she had not had the 2 cavities filled, but instead a CROWN on her tooth! She's 3!!! What the heck is wrong with this dentist that she would actually put a CROWN on a 3 year old??? When I asked the Dental Assistant to remove the crown she told me she would but that the tooth may be very sensitive due to drilling the cavities. I told her that was fine I just wanted the crown removed. At this point Beatriz decides she needs to be involved in this discussion and says, "No, we won't remove the crown", no explination, no nothing. When I asked to speak with Dr. Tran I was told to wait in a conference room... little did I know it was for 15 more minutes, while she finished with another patient... nevermind the fact that her "patient", my daughter, was still there and needed additional assistance from Dr. Tran.

After speaking to Dr. Tran, and listening to her lies, it has been brought to my attention that the ONLY reason for the crown and not the fillings is that she gets paid more for crowns. This was never discussed with me and was nor was it approved! I have already filed FRAUD CHARGES against this company and Dr. Tran.

FURTHERMORE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO BE LIED TO AND SCAMMED AND CHARGED FOR THINGS THAT WERE NOT APPROVED OR EVEN DISCUSSED! As well as being completely disrespected and treated poorly by the staff as well as Dr. Tran.
