Many times when I have an appt. I feel as if they think they are paying me for the service(am I the client?) or do they beleive they are the client.
Their first, second, and third priority is that I not miss an appt., and they get paid. My dental care is somewhere down the priority list. My family and I started with Dr. Dobbs over 20 years ago. Dr. Miller and his staff took over the practice much more recently. Dr. Miller's staff is the center of this move to intimidate the client's. If they have issues with certain client's, then maybe they should beat them over the head. But leave the clients alone that show up on time, and pay there bills on time. What we want is dental care and not the feeling we are a pay check for them. My adult children and my wife and I are in the market for a new Dental Office.

I LOVE THIS DENTIST!!!! Dr. Miller and his staff are fantastic. They are very friendly and laid back and very careful with cleanings and other dental work. I am a big baby when it comes to my teeth and I have never been nervous at a visit. They are very trustworthy and accomodating.
