Very disappointed with provider today. It's nice to see his practice has grown and is very successful. But, this provider is very inconvenient, it always hard to make an appointment. Today my son and I were there for ten minutes for provider to state, "Yes, it time for your son's braces to be remove but that will take an hour and I do not have time to remove them today." WHY NOT! I work and my son is a student. We were both off today and he did have an appointment. I was very disappoint and ask for patient transfer referral. I am still very upset because I know my son will probably have his until the end of summer, getting a vonvenient appointmet is almost next to impossible.
