They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. DENNISE IS A LIAR STATES THAT IF YOU DONT SHOW UP THE FEE IS $200.00 AND SHE SD THAT WE SIGN A FORM I HAVE REQUEST A COPY OF THE FORM THAT STATE THAT ITS A $200.00 FEE AND SHE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE ME ONE THEY ARE JUST MAD BECAUSE I WENT WITH ANOTHER DENIST AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OFF OF ME BY MAKING UP A CHARGE THAT DOES NOT EXIST AND SHE CAN NOT SHOW PROOF OF SUCH CHARGE

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.
