Terrible experience on Tuesday 6-12 2017. It took the assistant 4 tries to X ray 1 tooth, after telling her my mouth is small and I would need what they use for a child, I know this from experience.. She went and got the Dr. He came in and said, this is how he makes his money and this is his living he said the girls don't like to hurt people but he would get the x ray. After 3 tries from the Dr. and him dropping the thing that goes into my mouth, I had had enough pain. I made him stop and pushed the equipment away and left in tears from the pain he put me through. I was so wanting to find a good local dentist I could use. This man is not the one! This is Wednesday night and my tongue and under my tongue is still sore from him ramming it into my mouth while telling me I needed to open wider! 0 stars!

Even though this dentist is local and accepts my insurance, I have avoided this dentist at all costs. I've driven miles to stay away from this place. Initially I made an appointment and wanted them to check my insurance beforehand and tell me what I would be paying many days before my arrival. Instead after 3 calls I went to my appointment and finally received an answer. Then I was put in a chair and my photo was taken and was handed a paper to sign even before anyone talked to me about the procedure. And all I was there for was an exam to determine what procedure I needed in the first place! I felt humiliated, hurried and disrespected. Not like a future patient at all! Now they have all my personal information including a photo and I don't trust them.

Dr. Roberts not only refused treatment because I wouldn't allow him to take a photo of my face (nothing to do with my dental treatment, and I was paying cash so also nothing to do with insurance or other identity) solely to keep for his files; his staff then also refused to return my personal health information when I requested it before leaving their office, offering me instead a COPY of the forms I'd completed with my medical history, etc, information to which they had no right, nor did they have a need since I am not their patient and have never been their patient. p.s. I'm only giving this dentist and his staff a half star in this rating because the form won't allow fewer than that to be chosen
