They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
I have NEVER endured SO MUCH PAIN during a dental procedure in ALL of my life! I am about three days post root canal and I'm still in pain - I'm worried I will have to have a retreatment. But rest assured if I do, I will NOT be going back to him!!!

Dr. Q was GREAT !! He explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable! They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

He was the worst doctor I have ever been too. I kept telling him I was in pain while he was drilling and he kept drilling telling me almost done. Once he was done and I was in so much pain. I asked him for pain meds and he said no take Tylenol. He said by tomorrow I will feel back to normal I waited till day three before I called him and it was like pulling teeth to get them to see me. When they finally agreed to see me they said that it would not cost me anything. So I stared to head that way when they called me and said that it would cost me $49 more for a doctor’s visit when they just received $406 from me three days ago. I also asked them if this visit was going to count for the visit that I in a few more days and they said no that they were going to charge me for that visit too. So I then asked them to give me another prescription so that I could make it till the scheduled visit. They said no that they won’t give me another prescription even if I go in today. I asked the receptionist to tell the doctor that I don’t make the money that he does if he could please find it in his hart to see me and help me and they giggled and said NO! I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy there are awful and very painful.
