I had one of the worst experiences in my life with this business. They did the impressions perfectly, 2 weeks later my top plate was made, which was quite pretty and I was proud of until 9 days later they cracked open right down the middle with the crack ending between the from two teeth. Brought them back in which they were right on it, had me to leave for the next hour while they fixed them. Came back and they did an AWFUL and OBVIOUSLY AWFUL job on them. In between the two front teeth looked like I had had just ate a sandwich with mayo is the only way I can explain it and the crack was all the way through like you could grab both sides of the denture and it was flexible, well they painted this clear glue "sloppy job" on the underside of them, which the crack was still visible and the part that fits against the roof of your mouth was never filled in. I told them, oh my goodness, this is bad, these are awful, are you serious? These need to be redone in which they told me that the crack was "so bad" that was the best that they could do to them, which was when I asked well, okaaay? well we need to remake them then, cause seriously guys, this is awful and I'm in awe that you was hoping that I would think this is OK...mind you: This was ALL done in a desperate voice, was not hasty at all, I was in shock and scared they were not going to honor their word in which in the end THEY DIDN'T! I was told that was the best they could do, take it or leave it. My husband speaks up and says, hey this is not right and you know it...now either fix my wife's teeth or give her the $500 dollars back. You know what they did? They said ok and then went in the back, we waited sitting in the lobby and the law shows up in which they tell the officer we were disturbing their business "NOONE WAS EVEN IN THERE" Nor did we yell or even get close to being uncontrollable, we were just simply refusing to leave until they fixed it, because I knew if I walked out that do, they would NEVER fix their wrong. Well the Officer said we would have to leave and hire a Lawyer in which he also thought was SAD, but he told us that was all we COULD do! So moral of the story is this business nor the people who worked in it at that time have NO MORALS. They took my $500, made some beautiful TOO THIN top Dentures that cracked in half in less that 2 weeks and did an AWFUL job repairing them and refused to fix them correctly. I was in there 3 times, 1st time for the impressions, 2nd time to pick up the top denture plate, 3rd time to bring them back 2 weeks later and THIS is how I was treated. BAD BUSINESS!

I was in major pain and ask that two teeth be pulled, i was told by the dentist that he didn't like my attitude and was told he would not pull the teeth but i was still charged with an office visit. I was told to beware of these people but i didnt listen.....

I was very frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. That appointment was a complete waste of time!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't mind taking your money, but their customer service is awful. They are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Please do not help keep this place in business. Chattanooga would be a better place without them.

No, it was rather cramped

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
