They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
