Dr. Ruiz and her staff were all very helpful and professional. I went in with sensitivity to my teeth and found out that I needed two fillings. The Dr. was able to get me in right then for the fillings without have to go through the process of making another appointment and coming back later. Overall I had a great experience.

Horrible experience. No teeth, no partial, no refund. I was hurt more in one setting than all pain combined from 55 years previous. ( my teeth went bad at 12). Very, very unprofessional. Doctor refused to talk to me. I'm out $987 for the partial plus a few hundred for torture.

Don't take your children here!!! My five year old went in for 2 tooth extractions. My daughter didn't breath through her nose to recieve the gas. Gel was applied to gums no waiting immediately gave her injections. She didn't even wait 3 seconds for her to get numb and then immediately began jerking teeth out. My daughter was screaming to the top of her lungs arching her back trying to get out of the chair. 1st tooth came out easily but second tooth took 4 jerks to get out. I can't believe I let her do this to my child. It happened so fast honestly i had no time to react. She was truely traumatized. I will never go back again and I will never recommend anyone using her. I can't imagine what it would feel like to not be numb and someone jerk my teeth out. My daughter was pale when we left and said she felt dizzy. I really believe she was about to pass out. On the way home she says "I am never going to the dentist again". O and when we were almost home my daughter says "momma my lips feel funny now". She was just then numb.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was very disappointed in the way she treated her assistant. She seems to be more interested in money than me.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
