I went to Associate Dental to have my broken dentures replaced in 2009. I took in my broken set that I had made by another dentist in 1988 as guide for them to use for the new set. This denture set was 21 years old and was the first time they had ever broken. I asked Associated Dental to make the new to look just like my old set in appearance. Once I went to pick up the new set, it was NOTHING like I had asked for. In fact, everyone I knew now noticed I was wearing dentures b/c the old set had looked so natural. Associated Dental never once apologized for me being unhappy and I had to beg them to redo the set. Now only somewhat pleased with the new set, it's not even been two years and my denture set broke. I went to have them make me a new set. The treatment I received upon my return was unbelievably RUDE! I was accused of breaking the denture set and was REFUSED a new set. I am appalled and upset that they would treat their customers this way. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I urge anyone reading this review to strongly consider another dentist!

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

I have spent lots of money and referred allot of patients to Associated dental.. I have a bridge that would required 5,000 to fix where the enamel fell off done by them. One of the crowns fell off done by them and I went into their office. I paid $90 for them to look at it and they didn't even put a temporary in it or suggest that I come back for one. Now that tooth needs a root canal and might not have if they had put a temporary in it, when I went in to have it looked at. I do not have insurance now so I will probably have to have this tooth removed.. because I can't afford to pay the 2,000 out of pocket to have it fixed.. I feel that they showed a very lack of concern when I went to them.. and this after I had been a patient of theirs for years. When I called to complain about them not putting in the temporary, the person on the phone was very rude to me. Also they used to be very economical but there prices have gone up substantially. They also will not see medicare patients. I would not give them any business.. I think they do not care for their patients, only the money they can get from them.
