I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable

I never had a pleasant experience with this office. I have a feeling that the positive feedback on this site is from their own employees in an effort to look better. The first thing you get when you walk in is a very unfriendly and rude staff. I never felt welcome there but I still tried to give them a chance. Not only was I not impressed by the Doctors but before I knew how they were I sent a friend and her son was very offended by something one of the Doctors said. They never returned. After I had a problem with my insurance and tried to discuss it with the office manager, I did not go back either. She would not return my calls and when I called her back she made me feel like a child by trying to tell me that I just didn't understand anything she was saying. Save your money and time and find another office.
