Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I his provider has given wonderful care continously for the many years I have recieved care there.
