When we first started going to Appalachian Dental they were very nice until the dentist damage my daughter's tooth. We went back several times she was in so much pain the dentist said "I don't know what is wrong". So I went got a second apenion. The new dentist we went to had to do a root canal on the tooth. That fix it! No more pain praise God! I talked to the dentist at Appalachian Dental and he said he didn't do anything wrong and didn't want to pay for root canal . I told him my child didn't have any problem with this tooth until they drilled in it. They went down to far and damaged this tooth. I paid $350.00 out of my own pocket insurance paid rest. I asked him to please pay for the root canal he said NO because I got another dentist to do it. When your child is in so much pain that started in his office and they did it and couldn't find out where the problem is I'am not going to let my child suffer anymore went to another dentist he fixed it .She walked out if his office no pain!!! I would never ever tell anyone to go see this group because you want someone to stand behind their work.
They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.
