Dr. Sims and his staff are so wonderful and I am so comfortable in his office. All procedures were explained fully so that I could understand them. I felt well tended to each and every time I made an appointment. His assistant showed great knowledge in the field as well, if I had any questions. Finding a good dentist is a hard job in itself, so I travel 2 hrs for my dental work there! Just so thankful for a Godly, professional place of business.

Great things to say about this Dental Office. Two very fine dentists and a great staff. I really hated to go to the dentist in the past and this group really knows how to put you at ease. I highly recommend them for your dental care.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
On top of having problems with teeth I also have a HUGE fear of dentist. To the point I have had anxiety attacks due to just having the appointment the next day. They have always been very gentle with me on this and went at my pace. Told me what needed attention right away and what we can go towards a little slower as not to overwhelm me. I've found myself crying there but, from laughter not from pain! They are AWESOME there and I've recommended them to many friends and family and will continue to do so!

HORRIBLE!!! They do not care about their patients at all!! The office manager lies. She took a check from me to teat my daughter until the insurance was verified. Then she said he would mail it back to me. Well, the insurance paid and then she waited 6 weeks and ran the check through anyway. Would not give Dr Sims my message and REFUSED to do the right thing! My cell# 770-712-1280 I am a single mother and will now be filing suit against Dr Sims in the morning to get the money back he stold. I will also be filing complaints with the insurance commissioner.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
