I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I have a three year old that fell and nocked her two front teeth out.I called all over town looking for a denist that would help us with our crisist. Every one that I called was getting ready to close and told me that if I could get there in 5 to 10 minutes they would see her. I called Josh and told him about my emergency. It was time for his shop to close but him and his staff stayed till I got there and he could check her out. He was extremly gental and took really good care of my little girl. He checked her out and since the teeth were not able to be put back in he didnt even charge me for the excellent care that he gave us. Thank you Josh. My daughter and I will always go to you for all of out denisty needs!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
