I had to have an emergency visit and I chose Dr. Redford. It all started with a phone call for advice due to emergency work being done and they were unable to talk to me in depth at the moment. I was promised a call back and they made good on that promise within 2 hours. The office was even closing early due to very inclement weather and was to be closed the next day. My situation got worse but I managed to make it till the Thursday they had asked me to come in due to all the bad weather that week. I drove from Kingsport to Bristol and was told unfortunately that they could not do anything for me due to the swelling. I drove thru very bad road conditions to make that appointment and still in pain to be told no. Well, they were so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that I continued to wait and even over the weekend due to the office staff and in particular a lady named Carolyn. I really believed I would be in good hands there. Finally when I got to go on that following Monday , they delivered. Everyone of the office staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. My experience with Dr. Redford was great also and his assistant was wonderful to speak with also. Dr. Redford was very gentile and throurough I speaking with me and my condition. I left there feeling that I really trust Dr. Redford and his staff. I will be back. I highly recommend Dr. Redford and I had great experience!

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Redford is amazing. If it is possible to say that having teeth pulled is a good experience then going to this office makes it as good as it can be.
