One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
The staff was very friendly and efficient, which added to an overall wonderful experience! RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

Yes, it was fine

No
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider welcome questions?
Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
