Greeted with a snarky receptionlist who insisted that they don’t know how to bill my insurance, so I will be charged $3200+ immediately—I was informed that I can take it up with my insurance later. Fortunately my wife is our family’s insurance agent, so with her help we finally coaxed the receptionist into doing her job, but not without her also making a scene of calling our local dentist, completely and admittedly ignoring the detail we had filled out online beforehand, and loudly broadcasting private details to the lobby.

This all seemed unnecessary, as we are not new customers to River Ridge.

The procedures are consistently rushed, there‘s virtually no support after procedures, and they will find every opportunity to tack on charges after the fact.

We are done with these bitter folks and their inhospitable staff. I’d advise finding *anywhere* else unless you prefer a business that could not care less about service, let alone providing care for their patient.
