I had a great experience today at Dr. McKeta's office. I highly recommend them. He and his staff are super friendly and professional. While I was waiting (only 5 mins as a new patient) they greeted all their patients by name. When I called yesterday with a problem I actually spoke to the Dr McKeta on the phone! I can honestly say that has never happened before. He was very informative,caring and understanding and got me in first thing this morning. I can't say enough good things about my appointment. In today's fast paced world it is nice to have old fashion customer service. Anyone in the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant area with Orthodontic needs should go see Dr McKeta and tell all your friends you won't be disappointed.
