I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. . I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
