I was very nervous about my appointment because this was my first root canal. I had a ton of questions and Dr. Bowers and his fantastic staff took the time to answer all of my questions and make me comfortable prior to beginning the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and took less time then I thought it would, which was a definite plus!! Dr. Bowers was completely upfront with me with regards to what I could expect short-term and long-term with my tooth. I was very pleased with my root canal, the professionalism of the doctor and his staff and the price of the procedure. I am a firm believer in the phrase "you get what you pay for"! I hope I do not need to have another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely come back to see Dr. Bowers! I also highly recommend this office to anyone who may be needing a root canal.

Friendly Staff, office fairly easy to find. Root Canal procedure was typically painless. Feel as if I was scammed out of my money, for the procedure was pointless. 1st root canal on same tooth about 20 years ago, referred there by my dentist to simply see if tooth, which had a small abcess, could be saved again. Never explained that the likelyhood of the 2nd root canal being successful was VERY low. Dr. Bowers went ahead and did a repeat root canal, when I asked should I take antibiodics due to the infection, he stated that there was no need. Less than 2 weeks after the procedure, my face was swollen, horrible pain, and the tooth had to be removed with the bone scrapped due to infection.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they took time to answer my questions. I was treated with respect, gentleness and kindness. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always make an extra effort to be personable, polite and courteous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance.

VERY IMPRESSED!
I was referred to Dr. Bowers by my dentist for a root canal, having never had one before i was very apprehensive. When i called to make the appointment the front office staff was more than helpful coordinating the appointment to fit my needs and also explaining the financial policy.
Upon arrival to the office, again, i was greeted with kindness first thing. As i was escorted to the the clinical area for treatment the assistant was very friendly and professional. The assistant took the time to introduce herself and explain to me the steps she was about to take in order to diagnose my problem, which made me feel more at ease. She then, after confirming i needed the treatment explained with immense detail the procedure itself and what i could expect during and after the procedure. Very intelligent and clear to understand. Dr. Bowers then greeted me with kindness and also introduced himself taking the time to also ask me questions about myself, making sure i had no questions and the procedure was very clear to me. The treatment began and was over before i knew it -- IT WAS A BREEZE. they are amazing the way they can anticipate each others needs in return giving me a successful painless treatment. i wasnt in the chair longer than an hour. I was then escorted out and given a warm cloth to clean up after (talk about special treatment). Will definantly recommend him to my friends, family, and co-workers.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It's too bad they only do root canals-- wish they were my all the time dentist!
