I agree the front office lady is rude and yes her name is Wanda. We love Dr. Endicott and his dental associates, they are the best. We have been going here for 3 years and Wanda is always rude as if she above the rest .

The staff especially WANDA needs to be FIRED LIKE NOW...the DOCTOR IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER I THINK HE KNOWS THIS LADY IS VERY RUDE AND HAS ABOUT THE PERSONALITY OF A BOARD....THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE A++++++++ THEY EVEN SEEM AFRAID OF THAT WANDA LADY. HOPE I HAVE HER NAME RIGHT...SHE IS THE FIRST FACE YOU SEE WHEN YOU ARRIVE, AS WELL AS THE FIRST PERSON YOU TALK TO WHEN YOU CALL...IF IT WERE NOT FOR THIS DENTIST OVER AND ABOVE HELPING ME, DR ENDICOTT CAME IN ON A WEEKEND TO HELP ME..THIS IS VERY UNUSUAL THIS DAY AND TIME....HE SURELY IS NOT IN THIS FOR THE $$$ HE ACTUALLY GIVES A DAMN ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT...HE IS PERSONABLE AND HAS A SUPER BEDSIDE MANNER...I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS DENTIST..........BUT GOSH FIRE THAT DAMN LADY SHE IS MAKING MORE PATIENTS UNCOMFORTABLE THAN JUST MYSELF.... READ THE COMMENTS...THE DAMN DOCTOR IS HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU ON $$ ISSUES, SHE EVEN TRIES TO OVERRIDE HIS APPROVAL FOR SUCH.......MY TOOTH HURT SO BAD, HE NOT ONLY FIXED ONE...HE TEMPORARILY DID SOMETHING TO MAKE THE OTHERS CLOSE TO IT LOOK BETTER AND POSSIBLY PREVENTED THIS FROM OCCURRING IN NEXT TOOTHBUT THE LADY made me feel like I was bothering HER THE WORD rude and unfriendly IS PUTTING IT MILDLY
BUT THE DETAL TEAM A+++++++++They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. . I was completely satisfied with my DENTAL PROCEDURE BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT THE ADMIN STAFF, and feel that MY TIME IN CHAIR and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. KUDOS DR ENDICOTT FOR ALL YOU DO TO HELP THE ONES WHO ARE FINANCIALLY STRUGGLING. GOD WILL CONTUINUE TO BLESS YOU AND YOUR PRACTICE. FYI: I REFERRED a friend, and she never even made it to the back due to a confrontation with your lady at front desk. WHAT A DARN SHAME. SHE LEFT IN TEARS.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr. Endicott's Dental services are very cost effective. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Endicott and his dental assistants are amazing. They make you feel like you are at home and can always make you laugh. The lady at the front isn't all that friendly, however. As far as dental cleanings go, I would definitely recommend this place. However, after paying a pretty penny for braces, I would expect my teeth to be perfectly straight, which they are not. It seems to me as if they could use more updated technology for braces.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
