There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
