You had better make sure you know if you or possibly one of your kids is going to be sick or ill 48 hours in advance or you will probably get a bill for $50. Not a very family friendly policy to have in place. I could see if you habitually canceled this being a policy to enforce, but why would you keep giving money to a dentist that will try to take money for doing nothing. I doubt they issue $50 payments to customers if they ever have to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Probably, I wasn't impressed

I received a call from a friend today and she told me that Dr.Bruce Holdorf is no longer associated with this practice.She and her spouse went in for their appointments and much to their surprise, the staff as well as the doctor has changed.This really saddens me as I really trust Dr.Holdorf just as I did Dr.Odom.Would love to know where Dr.Holdorf is practicing.

A little. I wish they had been more gentle

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
