It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
