Dr. Ricci and his Staff are OUTSTANDING! He has alleviated my fear of dentists that I had most of my life; he has performed "miracles" on a very tough mouth (mine!) and is the most compassionate, caring and qualified dentist I've ever met.

His Staff is extremely helpful - genuinely fun to be with, as is Dr. Ricci, and the whole dentist visit is always a very pleasant experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ricci - you won't find anyone better!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ricci for more than 25 years. We give him our highest praise for routine cleaning, as well as for special services like crowns and caps. We still have our own teeth and that says it all!

Dr. John can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. I've been coming here for 20+ years! On my last appointment, they had brand new dental chairs. Boy, were they comfortable! In addition to the chairs, his office uses digital x-rays! The staff made sure every single question I had was thoroughly answered, and made it clear that they were available if I think of any more questions I needed answered. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. Christina (receptionist at the desk and Dr. Ricci's daughter) is so helpful and is accommodating! Would recommend highly to anyone in Rhode Island.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
