They weren't at all caring or professional, and they didn't show empathy for my son. Twenty minutes after having had 6 teeth extracted, and the roof of his mouth scraped open to expose 2 teeth that had not come in, an assistant actually accused him of "faking it" when he wasn't coming out from the anesthesia quick enough. We were soon told to leave - through the BACK door! - with no one to help me with my son, who couldn't walk a straight line. Hogan even asked me where my husband was to help us! It was a horrible experience.
