Great.very relaxing atmophere.staff took a lot of anxiety away.caring and compassionate. Didn't wait long

I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I took my son out of school and as a self employed person spent 2 unpaid hours waiting to see the doctor for a consult required before surgery. They may be great in their field but I left feeling disrespected. I left without being seen because of another commitment unfortunate as I had to wait a month for this appointment. To make things worse there was not as much as an apology for the inconvenience from the staff.

While the dental care provided was excellent, they consistently keep patients waiting for 45 minutes or more. After waiting over an hour for my son's appointment to have his wisdom teeth extracted, I called the following week on the day of his follow up appointment to ask if they were running behind. I was told they were only running 5 minutes behind. When we arrived, we ended up waiting 40 minutes. The same thing happened with my daughter's appointment. We waited 50 minutes for her appointment to have her wisdom teeth extracted and waited over an hour for her follow up appointment. I find this to be extremely inconsiderate of a person's time. I have witnessed other people actually leave the office becasue they were kept waiting too long. This is not a good business practice to keep patients waiting for more than 15 minutes. Someone needs to better manage the appointment times.
