Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely not, I don't even think they brushed their teeth

I would not recommend this place to anyone! This was my first time coming here for a teeth cleaning and I will NEVER come back!!!! I do not have any problems with my teeth and all my dentists in the past have raved about my teeth, but not this dentist. He did not use the typical metal pic to remove plaque but a mechanical one that felt like a drill as he scraped along each tooth (feeling like nails on a chalk board). He then put the suction on the side of my mouth with the water pic. Water sprayed all over my face and I was in so much pain I was clenching the bottom of my shirt as tears escaped my eyes. When he told me to swallow he would take the pink apron and hold it over my nose and mouth to wipe my face, I even choked and gagged once and had to sit myself up (at 7 1/2 months pregnant). My apron was soaked and my face was soaked from all that nasty water, sweat and tears. The dr. was very unempathetic and it was the worse experience I EVER had. Even when I was a teen and had braces and ate too much gum and candy.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
