I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
When I first got my dentures Dr. Casey and his staff were so friendly and helpful. After more than 4 years I found how great they really are. I cracked a tooth on my denture and of course it was right in the front. Dr. Casey made time to take me in for an emergency repair until I could make time to have it sent to the lab for a permanent repair. When I dropped my dentures for a permanent fix there was a problem in the lab and though they were repaired the lab couldn't get them back until the next day. Dr. Casey's staff went the extra step to assure that I had my teeth by the end of the day. In a time when you need to fight for large companies to honor a warranty it's nice to know there are people like Dr Casey who go out of there way to accommodate his customers years later. You can't go wrong trusting this man.
