I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They were very kind and empathetic of an uninsured patient--rare for a dentist or medical care in general. They have super modern equipment--the x-ray is a hand-held "gun" instead of the huge thing on a tall stand that's been around since I was a little kid. They really seem to make an extra effort to run a better business however they can think to. I was impressed with their professionalism. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.
