They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.

They TOTALLY OVERBOOK and can never get you in when you have a dental emergency. It seems like they favor certain people.

I have had work STARTED by him, but never FINISHED because of how booked he "seems" to be all of the time...sometimes the appointments are spread out as much as 3 months...ridiculous. I would never recommend him to anyone. EVER.

He always seems rushed and doesn't take the time I feel is deserved.

If I could rate negative stars, I would.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they are very reliable.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
