I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable! It feels like they care more about money than they do about me. Making it a point to tell me that my insurance isn't great and wont even cover their normal rates, after telling me that they didn't want to schedule my extractions for my only day off because it's a half day for the doctor (seems like he only works half days and very few at that ) and letting me know what an inconvenience it was to have to file the paperwork.
I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment, one of the few upsides to this office, the only other plus being the nurse, she was the only person in the entire office to show me any compassion or even attempt to walk me through what was going to happen. My experience with my extractions was just awful, I was afraid and in pain add in to that the fact that Dr.Miller isn't kind or gentle so I was crying while he was pulling a tooth, His response was to reprimand me his exact word's were " Oh come on, we have other patients" after he was done he didn't even attempt to see how I was doing, In fact he couldn't get out of the room fast enough! I will never return to this office!! I wouldn't even take my dog to this office!!!!!!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
