The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
