They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I had to wait for a little while.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
